* Items must be unused, unaltered and in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be ccompanied with a copy of the Invoice received with your order and must be carefully packed and freight paid.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

All products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is non-transferable and is an exclusive consumer’s remedy. The warranty operates in addition to those implied by law and applies to all non-perishable goods advertised on the website unless otherwise stated. Extended warranties at a greater cost are also available at your option.

The warranty does not extend to damage arising from:

1. normal wear and tear;
2. abuse or misuse of a product;
3. improper operation, storage or neglect of a product;
4. contact of a product with a harmful substance;
5. altering or tampering with a product
6. other acts which are not the fault of Shoreline Imports and which occurred after the product left Shoreline Imports.

In the event of a product not conforming to this warranty, Shoreline Imports will, at its option, replace, refund the purchase price or repair the product at no cost to the consumer.

SHIPPING

Customers should allow up to 10 working days for delivery of their ordered product. We will ship within 48 hours of receiving your order by Australia Post, and a signature will be required for pick up. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left for you to collect the parcel from your nearest Australia Post outlet, with appropriate identification.

Any additional freight charges for reasons including but not limited to bulk orders, heavy items or urgent delivery will be quoted to you upon receipt of your order.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

We reward your loyalty by offering a Loyalty Program to customers who purchase more than 5 products from us worth more than $20 each.

If you purchase 5 or more products from us worth more than $20 each, we will ship any future products you order from us FREE OF CHARGE!

In addition, we will send you a Shoreline Loyalty Card and provide you with Shoreline Credit equal to 10% of any order you place that is worth less than $400. This credit can be used to purchase anything in the store! To use your credit, simply enter your Loyalty Code prior to checkout.

We consider this to be a gesture of goodwill to our loyal customers.
