Shoreline Imports reserves the right to reject your offer of purchase for any reason whatsoever. A legally binding contract will only be entered into once confirmation of your order and payment is sent to you by Shoreline Imports, as indicated by when you receive an email from us stating that your product has been delivered to you. |

| Delivery |

Customers should allow up to 10 working days for delivery of their ordered product. We will deliver by Australia Post, and a signature will be required for pick up. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left for you to collect the parcel from your nearest Australia Post outlet, with appropriate identification.
Any additional freight charges for reasons including but not limited to bulk orders, heavy items or urgent delivery will be quoted to you upon receipt of your order. |

| Warranty |

All products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is non-transferable and is an exclusive consumer’s remedy. The warranty operates in addition to those implied by law and applies to all non-perishable goods advertised on the website unless otherwise stated.
The warranty does not extend to damage arising from:
- normal wear and tear;
- abuse and misuse of a product;
- improper operation, storage or neglect of a product;
- contact of a product with a harmful substance;
- altering or tampering with a product
- other acts which are not the fault of Shoreline Imports and which occurred after the product left Shoreline Imports.
In the event of a product not conforming to this warranty, Shoreline Imports will, at its option, replace, refund the purchase price or repair the product at no cost to the consumer.

Returns |

Shoreline Imports has a 30-day money back guarantee provided returned products are unused, unaltered and in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the Invoice received with your order and must be carefully packed and freight paid. Upon receiving the item, we will credit you with your original method of payment. |
